History

Labco Medical/Home-Healthcare Services was founded 10 years ago, by Mr. Albert R. Warren PhD. MT. (ASCP). and Mrs Warren RN.
Being pensioned at the age of 55, as director of the Hematology Laboratories at the Dr. Horacio Oduber Hospital he and his wife a registered nurse decided to start the first home-healthcare service on the island of Aruba in the garage next to their home, to keep themselves busy.

They attended many courses in the USA and Puerto Rico to gain more knowledge and specialize in this field of work, then unknown in Aruba
In the last 10 years “Labco” has grown from the garage to having their own facility in the Av. Milo Croes in Dakota Oranjestad and in so doing becoming the largest Home-health business on the island, with 10 dedicated employees, a part time ergo therapist, and a Dr. on call, and as a first : servicing the special needs of all disabled visitors to our island.
